Today is 180 days until my WBFF Transformation makeover competition. I have lost 120 already. Unlike a regular physique competition this is more about your transformation journey than the physique. I am excited, scared, excited LOL! I am working hard to get that body fat down without losing lean mass. I ended up here on Fatsecret while in my research mode.
My birthday (55) is in 162 and my competition is 180 days away - excited to see what I can accomplish. I have a knee giving me trouble but I am coming to keep going carefully 70% of this is nutrition right??
Got in leg day after elliptical warm up. Plan for tomorrow is chest and shoulders
