Brunch this morning was pork, rice, beans with grilled onion and a fried banana. Washed down with coffee and water with a bit of citrus punch added. Also a big helping of spinach.
Rode 49:30 minutes, 9.54 miles, burning 350 calories.
Down day, by all rights should have been two days in a row. But I will take it as it comes.

After the brunch yesterday, I had a McD's apple pie on my way in to work.
For dinner, Del Taco again for another bean-cheese cup and a spicy jack quesadilla.
Worked driving a shuttle bus for 10 hours and when I got home, had a big spoon of peanut butter and a half glass of milk.
Pretty much my same boring routine every afternoon.
The aerobic exercise almost daily on the exercise bike and the long intermittent fasting periods during the day are big keys to my maintaining my weight goal. Highly recommended.
