26 pt day, I snacked at night. I'm counting it but it was pretty innocent - frozen dark cherries. Day 1 of 7 in complete tracking. This journal is for yesterday. I'm hoping I counted wrong or forgot something as 26 is too low. My body might get the idea that food is scarce. I hope not. I know I had some big gaps in eating. I was being stubborn and it took me a while to make my fav lentil soup. Then all my meals got pushed out to later. I only did 2.5 min of the mini excercise idea. So that's not working. I need to bundle it in with something regular, like after coffee. Before bed. Will see how it goes today.
