just need some advice... I was seeing if they had different types of work on here. apparently they only have desk work or just work. for my job I am on my feet, always moving, always carrying or pushing something. so I was wondering if perhaps through the week in should up my calories to an "active" level and decrease them on weekends to a "low active". does this seem feasible to do? or should I just leave it be? please help.. thank you in advance :)

for me I like to keep it simple, so I wouldn't go changing things. There is a working category the has a higher burn level than desk work, maybe you could try that?

I agree with jfuji about keeping it simple; however, that being said if you just are curious you could do a "custom" exercise entry as there are plenty of site's/ link's out there like ie. Sparkpeople that could give you a some idea? I've tried it before. ie. massage therapist. Whatever you decide to do, as long it keep's encouraging you to reach your goal's, that's what I say.

since most of your days you're active, make that your level. Just my suggestion. Hope it helps! :)

Thank you everyone. I guess I'll need to do a little research. :)
