25 pts, 31 days nnts, 6 days of tracking. Just one week of careful tracking and it's getting easier. Didn't expect that. I did wake up really tired, and light headed but no headache this time. I'm hydrated, I ate, I slept well. So... Why? Eating too little? or my new practice of using the sauna? I bought an electrolyte supplement. Maybe I'm low on minerals. I'm skipping sauna today. Also I grabbed a small latte so it made me feel less tired. I think I'll take one more supplement cause it says 1 -3 per day and see how i feel tomorrow morning.
