Have a great Tuesday all FatSecret patrons! Kind of interesting the idea, that less than a specific amount of calories triggers the body to "Starvation Mode", and is counteractive to losing weight. I don't believe that, but I think every individual needs to find their successful, comfortable diet way. I think it is there, we each just need to find it.
