Hi everybody! I can hardly wait to weigh on Monday...I'm so excited and yes I peeked at the scale today...I know I'm so bad...but I've been soooo good. My work pants are startin' to feel looser which is good, except for when I'm carrying a huge tray full of food and they start inching downward. =)
I've gotten a lil' fitness journal thing goin'. I have a desk calendar...a big size...bought it for like $4 at Target and I have specific days on which I'll work a weak body part...such as
Mon-Fri I'll do at least 30 min. of cardio
Mon, Wed, & Fri I'm workin' on the booty and abs
Tues, Thursday, and Saturday I'm workin' on my arms and thighs...
Does anyone think I'll see any improvement by doing these things? I'd really like to accelerate the weight loss process...but I'm feeling a bit unsure about doin' all this work on my body and it not reaping any benefits...
