I know throwing in the towel is not an option. but from the looks of my food diary it appears I have done just that. the only good thing I did yesterday was go for a 10.4 km walk that was both uphill and downhill. everything was great, the sun, the slight breeze, the temperature. the only thing that was wrong was me and how I felt. oh well it's a new week and hopefully I can get a handle on this before it gets completely out of control. I hope everyone had a great Easter weekend.
