I gained this week, but I think last week's weigh-in was a fluke like either my scales weren't working right or I was severely dehydrated. I weigh less than I did two weeks ago, so I still feel like I am going in the right direction. I have been doing well on my diet all week, though I did have a couple of cheats. Today is Day 6 of no smoking and that is going very well. I actually carried groceries up to my daughter's 3rd floor apartment without losing all my breath!
