A most blessed Easter Sunday to the FatSecret community. I was thinking to myself how blessed I am to be in good health, and I am not sure how healthy my knee is, but it feels the best it has been in 5 months. So I am happy. I think, we are going out to eat, but not sure. I wish everyone the happiest Easter, and be safe.

Warren's Diet Tip of the Day: On days of holiday feasts, just be aware of the good foods, that are nutritious, and healthy for you, avoid as many demons as possible, and enjoy your food, and make up for excesses later. Most of all, enjoy your meal! Have a GREAT DAY!
