It's Good Friday, and it's also Frittata Friday; so my frittata will have an unusual twist today, and be filled with goodness. It will contain corned beef, cheddar cheese, leeks, and zucchini. I considered putting some chorizo in it, but I'll save that for an omelette, tomorrow morning. Enjoy your weekend everyone; and if you are making a frittata today, make it a good one. :-)

Thanks ladies; I will have a great day. Happy Good Friday to you too. As I type, my frittata is in the oven, for later after church, since I probably won't feel like doing any cooking tonight.
