Yea, I did 27 days (not straight days but pretty close) of no snacking at night! It was reversing all my hard work, and now I feel free of that dreaded need. It's a huge relief.. But It is so easy to break the streak. I need to protect this new behavior with some strategy. I'm on WW, so I count points. I'm thinking: I should allow up to 2 desserts a week so I don't feel deprived. + 10 pts i already use for wine or beer a week and that leaves 18 a week for dessert. I need a positive non- food treat to keep me happy and calm. Aside from tea and my book, I'll throw in a biggie - I've always wanted to try an exfoliation at the spa if it's not too pricy. Lastly I could do better at tracking 100% a day. I usually flake out after lunch, so if I track 3 of 7 days, I think I'll progress this week.
