Hi Andrew. Can I just ask where do you get your fat % and water % readings from? I have fat monitor scales at home but I am not sure of their accuracy.

Hi Bunty. Sorry about the long delay - just saw your question in my notifications. I have Tanita BF-626W scales that give the percentage readings. I understand those readings are based on profiles of people of similar height, weight and electrical resistance. So, absolute accuracy, no, but they give me reassurance that I'm not losing weight just because I'm dehydrated or wasting muscles...

Thanks for the info. I have never really considered the dehydration aspect before, or to be honest, the muscle wasting. It is always fat % and weight I focus on. I will watch your readings with interest!
