Back to zero alcohol - Husband is back to work and I am back to healthy.
Starting with the gym today - I actually didn't gain a lot - feeling good about that. Also didn't indulge as much either though.
Even threw some healthy meals in this time...
I was thinking about dieting and realizing that sometimes we get distracted with what we can't have instead of focussing on all the things we can. So adding things like a veggie platter at work instead of thinking of it as a replacement for something I really want I just think of it as a treat - something I can have with zero guilt and usually make better choices eating right after.
