Today I went to my Dr.s appointment (1 month follow up) I had weight 247 at his office that day and today I weight in at 243! Both my wife and I have been working on getting my numbers down. I believe that this is helping me achieve my goals. I feel good about this program by writing down my intake and also my activity. Thank you all!

Luna you keep on working on it, and it will pay off for you. I know, I have so many different doctors. Healthcare skyrockets in price for old guys like us, that spend the rest of their life in a doctor's office.

Thank you for your comments, warrenwinter, HCB, and DMZur! I am all excited about all of this because not only am I losing weight, the blood sugar numbers are also down, my 14 day average fasting is 115 mg/dl, before meal is 149 mg/dl, with total 14 day results 129 mg/dl!
