Back to the well for a reprise of yesterday's brunch. Might as well have it again this morning.

Who says you have to eat little, tiny meals to lose or maintain your weight? You don't have to "eat like a bird."
Yesterday I started my day out with this GIGANTIC BOWLfull of great veggies and beef. First though, here is a cereal bowl compared to the bowl size used yesterday.
