Hey Panigale, no worries!! We are all different and that what makes us unique!! For me I NEED to log my food, sometimes I even log potential foods to see how they (and portion size) affect my daily goals (then adjust accordingly). I will confess though that it is really hard to log in that extra piece of pie, french fries and other "bad" foods, but once I do I see it's not the end of the world and deal with it.
