Whole30-2-day2

I started my 2nd whole 30. On day 2. I have no food hangover which is good because I really did have some crazy cheat meals.
I am surprised I am not craving anything like crazy after having my cheat day. I think its because I have a goal I want to stick to.

I decide to start recording my carbs on fatsecret. Only out of curiosity. I won't be logging all my food. Just the carbs like fruit and veggies etc. As for protein I know how much to eat and when.

I recorded my carbs yesterday and was surprised I was pretty low net carbs. I was curious to know an average of how many carbs a day I had on my whole 30. So I am surprised to find out I stayed pretty low on the days I did not eat potatoes.

Otherwise I am feeling good. Avoiding added sugars, grains, and dairy. I am hoping I can get into the 140s this round

Cool - you can set the food diary to show net carbs, if you have not already done it. You can do it - 140's are there!

Hey Panigale, no worries!! We are all different and that what makes us unique!! For me I NEED to log my food, sometimes I even log potential foods to see how they (and portion size) affect my daily goals (then adjust accordingly). I will confess though that it is really hard to log in that extra piece of pie, french fries and other "bad" foods, but once I do I see it's not the end of the world and deal with it.
