Sleep was the main activity today. Fibromyalgia, New lower blood sugar levels (114),& feeling blah made for a lost day. Once again it rained all day. I need to make some sorta bean soup for hubby to nibble on for breakfast and with meals when he feels he could use a little more. This is what our nutritious recommend as the beans with their fiber content will balance out the carbohydrates plus he can have 80-120 more carbs than I should per day. His blood sugar numbers are still high nearly each day lower b.s. readings occur giving him as well as me better health each day I keep low carb. He will eat low carb to improve my health with more diligence than he will for himself. One day at a time one meal, one moment, one fork full at a time.
