Posted in real time. This is a HUGE bowl. Washed down with plenty of coffee and water with Tampico citrus punch added for taste.


What we have is a caldo with huge chunks of beef with calabasas, chayote, carrots, corn, garbanzos, potato and a banana sliced up. I ate most of the veggies first.

Also rode the exercycle 44 minutes, 8.4 miles, burning 308 calories..

Hi there - your bio says you are pre-diabetic. Do you have to take blood readings at all?

Not that much anymore. I tested the foods that I eat all the time to see what they did to my sugar. I believe it's working as I eat pretty big meals once a day and a small one plus a snack and my weight pretty much stays in a 5 pound range. Pretty sure that the meal above will not spike me.

Wow that's good! I guess it all depends on how bad your insulin receptors are burnt out - mine are pretty fried.
