Well, it's a good thing I don't get discouraged by the scale. I also did measurements today and that shows I have lost inches. So I am happy with that. I will just stay with what has worked before and smile. Every stay true to yourself.
P.S. I weighed 255 two years ago.
105.2 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

yeah....sometimes the scale means LESS than nothing to me! Days showing an increase sometimes have 1) inches being less, 2) body fat still decreasing, 3) pants are falling down without a belt! Keep on keeping on! (with a healthy life, that is!)
