Up one day, down the next. Hard to believe the last time I was 180+ pounds was 5 1/2 months ago.
Brunch was four tacos, three fried eggs, avocado and a fried banana washed down with lots of coffee.
Rode 44 minutes, 8.2 miles burning 301 calories.

Dang that looks good. I love avocados, and I am getting to a good place with my food/ weight ratio. I need a cook. lol

Thanks Warren. I admit that without my girlfriend's help, my weightloss results would be way down. Avocados and eggs are perfect foods imo. It helps that they taste great. Glad to hear of your program's success.
