Yesterday's breakfast was all carbs as pointed out in the comments. So I had a Wendy's small chili for lunch and Del Taco fast food for dinner and got this result, down 1.2 pounds.

Brunch was frijoles, carnitas,calabasas,fried banana and corn tortillas. Also chicharron and fresh salsa.
