Had steelcut oats, toast and a fried banana for breakfast, washed down with coffee.

Rode exercycle for 45:30 minutes, 8.17 miles, burning 300 calories.

all carbs...I can't do this due to blood sugar issues. I eat lo carb and have lost significant weight. It sure looks delish though !!

I shouldn't either as I am prediabetic, but steelcut oats barely spike my sugar and it did taste good. Hopefully the Metformin helped as well.
