Oh my goodness so relieved with this weigh in! I wasn't sure how I'd look on the scale since I have been under the weather and haven't exercised since Monday and had that insanely huge cheat meal on Tuesday. Wednesday and Thursday ate very clean, oatmeal/hemp protein, veggies for lunch, and turkey burgers for dinner both nights. I have been catching up on lost sleep the last two days my partner in crime stepped up when I got sick, so grateful! Hoping to get back in full swing next week with diet and exercise.
