Managed to get through a fast day yesterday, thank you guys for the motivation to keep me on track. My unofficial weight was 63.4 this morning so I am pretty excited for this weeks weigh in.
So far the intermittent fasting and 5:2 are really helping me to lose these last few kilos so I appreciate the tips I get from everyone who shares their experiences. Lets stay motivated everyone!

Yes... long weekend is almost on us... stay busy and stay focused guys! In the long run this will all have been worth it!
