Managed to get through a fast day yesterday, thank you guys for the motivation to keep me on track. My unofficial weight was 63.4 this morning so I am pretty excited for this weeks weigh in. So far the intermittent fasting and 5:2 are really helping me to lose these last few kilos so I appreciate the tips I get from everyone who shares their experiences. Lets stay motivated everyone!
