I believe the aerobic exercise was the key burning 400 calories and kickstarting my metabolism.
I am not going to quit the buffets.
I am not going to count calories.
This is this morning's brunch: asparagus,chicken,calabasas,banana,onion,potatoes diced. Washed down with lots of coffee and water with a little Tampico added for taste.
