He wont come back. I didn't even do anything. I ate a huge meal yesterday, but was so stressed I couldn't keep it down. I didn't take it off my food chart thing, though..
64.6 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
