The last 10 days have not been good for me. On a plateau. Actually, I have had a gain which I have not recorded (I just can't type in that gain). I know it happens to all of us. One thing I now know for sure. I love fruit. Well, it does not love me. A few days ago when I added some (not much)I started a climb, a few oz. a day. No wonder I gained so much weight. I used to eat a lot of fruit. Yes it's healthy, but not for me. To my body, it's like sugar...... BAD!!!!

Isn't it so sad, that something good we love so much - like fruit - loves to pack the weight on us, especially as we grow older? I ate and drank fruit - clueless to the culprit.

I always say, if your going to eat fruit, eat a whole apple, because the skin adds fiber. Same with most low glycemic fruit. Google which fruit have a low glycemic index. Stay away from juice, and moderation with eating fruit.

Yes, everyone who commented on my post, I now know fruit wrecks my diet. But it is gone, all gone. Threw it away. What I have in cans(sugar-free)haha, I will give to the needy. Never buying that again. Lots of vegetables for me forever. And meat.
