Yesterday was horrible...absolutely horrible!! I'm not sure why but it's like i was talking myself into eating crap all day. WTH??
So today I have an entirely different mind set. I'm doing this for me and me only...and the reason is because I want to be healthy!! I woke up early this morning and instead of coming to work early I worked out..billy blanks!!! It's hard but I feel so good when I'm done. I AM going to eat heathly today and if I do have a bad day or rather eat something that I shouldn't...I will suck it up and move on. DO NOT TURN A TRIP INTO A FALL!!!
