Surprised to have lost 0.6 lb, since my birthday was 2 days ago (I just turned 40!) and I ate like a queen: * elk filet (game meat) * lobster tail (with butter, garlic and lemon juice) * various veggies * foie gras * 2 glasses of alcohol (sparkling wine with the foie gras and red wine with the rest) * 4 French-style macarons (super sweet!) with coffee * water, of course!
The best of all is that my blood pressure is lower than it has ever been... I am just afraid that my monitor is not calibrated. I have a doctor appointment next week, so I will have an idea of my real blood pressure.
