Wow, what a tasty brunch!
What we have here are 3 pork chops, thin cut, along with calabasas, chayote, a fried banana and 3 slices of extra fiber toast,not pictured. Washed down with coffee and water with a little citrus punch added.

After all that grazing yesterday, this was my pleasant surprise this fine morning! A drop of 2.2 pounds!
Dinner was Del Taco fast food: bean and cheese cup and 2 grilled chicken tacos. Bedtime snack was a cup of milk, spoon of peanut butter and couple handfulls of walnuts.
