stepped on the scale this morning, and up 2 lbs. didn't record it. I assume it has to do with my time of the month coming on Saturday. god I hope so. I've been sticking to the low carb thing. haven't had a cheat day either. Hubby says it could be peanuts, maybe the salt. so maybe a combo of those and the time of the month. Ideas for snacks at night?
