I know what you mean, I've had weeks' when the scales don't seem right but I just write down the numbers it shows me - despite weighing myself at the same time every week the scales often throw in the odd surprise, both upwards and downwards. As long as it's a blip and the trend remains downwards, and clothes still feel too big, I'm not too fussed.

Take the good with the bad. I am the same as Grasha. I get on the scales on a Friday morning and the first number it settles on is the number I record.
