I went over my calorie intake by about 247. I am ok with this. As long as I stay under 2300 I am good. So I started a 20 week half marathon training course. I am one week down. But I already feel a tad stronger. So I have lost about 3 inches from my gut. Next Sunday I plan to take a official weigh in.
