Day 6, and holding strong. It's Frittata Friday, and it took me a while to do the prep work and get my frittata into the oven, but it's in there, and should be pretty tasty. Modifications may need to be made, the next time around, or maybe not; taste will be the deciding factor, as always. This frittata has a baked pork chop, broccoli, onions, bacon and cheddar cheese in it. :-)
