I'm planning on being very good on the weekend, so I thought I'd eat up to my "maintaining" calories today, which would be around 2300 calories on a day I do sports (so my metabolism doesn't slow down too much and also because I had no energy today and everything sucked. Thanks depression). One thing I noticed that bothered me a lot was that I felt really guilty going over the 1800 border. Trying my best not to fall into a unhealthy mindset again :)
on another note: I shaved my neck, so people stop ripping out my baby hairs when we're sparring but it reaaally does not suit me, haha :D

Muay Thai, MMA and BJJ :) BJJ is the worst though because there are a lot of chokes with the gi and my hair ALWAYS get's caught in there, haha :D

I fought for years (boxing, not grappling) and still love it as a workout. I really miss sparring. Nothing kicks depression in the teeth like combat sports. Have fun!

Lokidixon, I agree! It's fantastic as high intensity cardio and just a lot of fun. I always feel better after a workout.The only thing I try to avoid is mma sparring when I'm having a really bad day and am exhausted anyways, because I want to get punched in the face when my technique is bad, not because I'm tired, haha^^
