Oh Ya time to do the happy dance!! Maybe that's what helped. all the bouncing around I did at work last night to "coconut Joe" song. Got laughed at but really did not care at all. :p It felt great to let out a bunch of built up energy and frustration. :) It's so weird to feel actually physically and emotionally good today. Fingers crossed it lasts all day and throughout the weekend. Hope everyone has a fabulous Friday and a safe, healthy and happy weekend. :))
