REST DAY. thats what im calling today, as rest day. The program im doing at the gym calls for a split between days and its usually Wednesday but I wanted to get legs in yesterday on my day off so im making today my rest day.. gonna focus on diet and regrouping. I may not even make my bed today LOL ..downtime is always good in my book. Cheers !

i have an entire rest week...i only lift 3x a week, 3 weeks a month, with 1 week off every month :-)

I pulled a muscle so I'm joining rest day, though my wife isn't real understanding about rest days in the Spring. We've been working out in the yard all Winter long.

Mahjohn.. are you at your goal weight? Maybe once Im to mine I can rest some more LOL .. I have a few big events coming up and want to look my best :)

to be honest, I have no goal weight...i just work on body fat %...somewhere in the 10-11% range, always looking to drop to 9%. While I have a bum shoulder now, that's a legacy injury. After one week off..you're still just as strong, 2 weeks and you lose 5%, and helps to avoid burn out and stress related injuries
