Lots of family issues and stress have resulted in me ignoring my goals and making unhealthy choices.
Time to stop burying my head in the sand and get back on it.

Sometimes that's the hardest part, isn't it. That first bit. Can certainly be harder when other things tug at our time and energy. Just remember how much better it feels to get up, every day, feeling good about yourself, and don't forget to be your own best friend sometimes. :)
