Wow - i ate all of my food for the day within 2 hours! That's because instead of a raw greens salad, i had a 15 oz can of low sodium black beans and a cup of black/wild rice, along with a pound of cooked cauliflower, and then a chocolate cherry & blueberry shake with a tbsp ground flax. I feel satisfied with that. I doubt i will be hungry again anytime soon; but if i eat anything else today it will have to be before 6pm and most likely a salad. Going to the office after-hours today.
