OK, im thru feeling sorry for myself and whining about the gym at night. Thank you every one for putting up with that sad crap.I went to the gym last night and just plugged in and tuned out and my work out went a lot better (thanks Majohn for that advice). I decided on a attitude adjustment walking in the door. I said hi to the people I knew, made small talk in the locker room and just went in and took care of business. Being flexible with my routine helped, and did a few things outta order but who cares. I got my work out in. YES I was up later last night but Im not gonna stress over it today. Today is my day off from work, got a morning work out in and it feels great. Tomorrow I will do cardio here and count that as my rest day and by Friday the gym will be dead.. BOOM. I stopped at my Y across the street from my apt and it will only take about 50 $ to start so Imma use up the rest of the month at planet fitness and then move over to the Y and I will never ever ever never ever have to stress about not being able to work out in the morning. Meanwhile, Im stuck with planet fitness next week so I decided to skip Monday and make that my cardio day bc Mondays at night are the worst.. meh.. Thank you again to everyone for dealing with me yesterday LOL .. Redgirl over and out !

Awww - cool to have the Y across the street! I decided a couple years ago that my workouts were my priority and I schedule the rest of my around them! LOL

Whew Redgirl...I got worn out just keeping up with your story :-) Glad things are working out closer by for you...my equipment setups are pretty close, in house you might say...very convenient and not too busy. ;)

Yep, just keep your chin up, and keep the diet faith. I know it can be difficult. I've kind of been fasting for long periods of time, and then enjoy a nice meal. Good luck!
