Lol it’s definitely testing my limits right about now, but luckily I head off to work soon so that’ll help keep my mind off of wanting to eat. Main goal is to reach ketosis again and regain a layer of discipline.

Thank you, I really appreciate it, but I broke my fast at 71 hours after my weigh in and am now on a 72 hour fast. Before I attempt another fast at that length, I’m going to get myself back into ketosis beforehand for ease and better results.
