Happy Day FS!
Went to my sister-in-laws for dinner last night. Remained focus and on plan...didn't even give in for a glass of wine! Making time to record what I eat as for me that is key. I know once I start slipping there, I tend to lose my focus. I also drank a lot of water yesterday...some too late in the day hence I was up most of the night. ;-)
