Sunday 28th ,I was very nervous getting on the scales this morning. But I am over the moon to say that I lost another pound. Well done you! Nice and slowly does it! 1lb a week is just right for us ladies of mature years Nudge Nudge..... I have always said if you have a non diet day and your RDI has gone through the roof always try and catch up for a few days afterwards .....I'm So pleased for you, Keep up the good work.....

Thanks Maggy. Just starting my 7th week and I am learning all the time. I know the day will come when I plateau and will have to change my diet a little and increase my exercises but until then I will continue on with my high carb diet which suits me. Stay positive. cheerio for now . Lily
