Tonight I went totally off the reservation. The wife came home from a conference with treats, and I was so happy to see her I ate a bunch of stuff I normally wouldn't. I just weighed at a two pound increase, which is all today's intake. Tomorrow starts the 7-day fat fast challenge, and that will get me back on my routine.
Weekends are always harder for me. During the work week, I spend my eight evening hours basically alone in a room with a bunch of computers. Which makes it very easy for me to spend my mornings working in the yard, or playing guitar, Starting my day with a Bulletproof or two and then throwing a day's worth of calories in a bag and going to the office. Weekends lack that structure.
