1/2 a pound is a 1/2 a pound. I will take it! I worked really hard yesterday. Today is a gorgeous day. I am going out in service, then I will have to go in to work this afternoon for a bit. I will exercise this evening. I am looking forward to it!

Better flat than up :) If you think it's water retention, do the opposite of what you think you should do... drink more water. It's a natural diuretic.

I drink lots of water with lemon. I had to reweigh and yep there was a loss, only half a pound, but hey it is not a gain, right!
