I feel better today, but not like I want to. My legs are sore from those terrible spasms yesterday. Went get myself a low cal. sports drink. Think this is okay anyone?

You might need magnesium supplements if you are having leg spasms. Feel better!

Again I suggest magnesium tablets before bed - it will really help you!

You want the truth? NO! I have been looking into those carbonated water drinks. About to check out Icelandic water.

Personally, my first question would be to ask what I'm omitting from my diet and what foods/liquids would allow me the nutrition to get rid of the spasms. There are good lists of magnesium rich foods all over the web.
