I feel better today, but not like I want to. My legs are sore from those terrible spasms yesterday. Went get myself a low cal. sports drink. Think this is okay anyone?

Personally, my first question would be to ask what I'm omitting from my diet and what foods/liquids would allow me the nutrition to get rid of the spasms. There are good lists of magnesium rich foods all over the web.
