Starting the day with this breakfast:spinach, egg and cheese omelette and 3 slices of sourdough toast washed down with about 5 cups of coffee.
Gave one slice of toast to my girlfriend, the chef.
Rode 20 1/2 miles on exercise bike yesterday so taking a day off today.
Changed the plan and rode 30 minutes, 5.46 miles and burning 200 calories.
Dinner was a plate of enchiladas. By the way that is grilled mushrooms not meat on top. No meat in this meal.
