Sherryeb since the last week of July i have had at least 1-2 days a week of excessive calories and those in the form of sugar (cake, ice cream, chocolate). Ive been so surprised that i am staying within my self imposed weight range of 134-137 (138 being my top high end). Im hoping i can add an extra 100-150 calories of protein a day without affecting my weight. Little eye opening and not sure what to attribute to. Good for you too.

YOH, you are probably burning more calories than you think with your walks. Plus you do workouts, right? You should easily burn that extra 100-150 calories. I have a self emposed weight limit, too. That's where I need to be to wear my newer clothes (pants). I don't worry about fluctuations up or down a pound or 2 but I do keep it in mind when I'm planning my menus. I'm already down frim yesterday's high today 😊

Yep i workout twice a week 45 minutes with loads of squats, lunges, kettlebell, pulling etc. and i had been doing 8 miles a day for all of august vs 4 so that probably helped. Im glad you’re down. Seems to put a little extra smile for some reason right?

Definitely! No matter how often I tell myself a lb. or 2 up is no big deal every morning the scale is down makes me smile 😁
