Whether it is the nice weather or what, I have found that the 16:8 regime I have been following since Monday, has been going well. However, I did find that yesterday I was waiting for 10:00 coming round, so I could have my Cornflakes! I don't feel quite so ready this morning, but that may change as 10:00 approaches!
